BIM management & project leadership
BEP authoring, project leadership and standards governance across the whole project lifecycle.
Why it matters
BIM delivers its full value only when the entire project team follows the same rules. Missing or contradictory requirements lead to duplicated work, version conflicts and ultimately a model nobody trusts. An experienced BIM manager ensures standards are agreed early, applied consistently and updated cleanly when plans change, from design through handover to the operator.
How we work
We take on BIM project leadership to ISO 19650. This encompasses authoring and maintaining the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), coordinating information deliveries and quality-assuring models. We act as the interface between the client, the design team and the CDE operator.
- Capture and structure the client's information requirements (EIR / AIR)
- Author the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and align it with all parties
- Define and monitor information delivery milestones
- Check model quality against BEP requirements and give feedback
- Manage change and version control
- Enforce ISO 19650 standards throughout
- Produce the closing BEP and handover documentation
What you receive
- BIM Execution Plan (BEP) to ISO 19650
- Employer's Information Requirements (EIR / AIR)
- Information delivery schedule with milestones
- Quality check reports per information delivery
- Meeting minutes and decision register
- Closing documentation and handover report
