Why it matters
When information is scattered across emails, shared drives and multiple platforms, project parties inevitably work from different versions. The Common Data Environment (CDE) defined in ISO 19650-3 is the single authorised source for all released project information, from first sketch to operator handover. A rigorously managed CDE prevents version conflicts, makes access rights transparent and produces a complete audit trail.
How we work
We configure the CDE to the principles of ISO 19650-3: status codes (WIP, Shared, Published, Archived), role-based access rights, naming conventions and automated status transitions. In parallel, we onboard all parties and establish governance processes that work independently of us.
